We have provided Cairn Energy. Cairn Energy uses 8700 SKUs of tail spend MRO products in their operations and had to deal with more than 2000 vendors. IndusUno (IU) has provided a single source solution for 6000 SKUs and reduced their cost of procurement and also procurement cost by about 8-10%. Over and above this, Cairn has gained substantial intangible benefits in terms of follow ups with various vendors, GST input tax accounting, warranty claims, negotiation of payment terms with multiple vendors etc.
